Is a deposit required prior to the start of my website project?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit of the agreed completion price in order to reserve a place in our workflow. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Are deposits refundable?
All submitted deposits are non-refundable.
Do you charge VAT?
No VAT is charged.
Will we need a face-to-face meeting before any project can begin?
Not necessarily no. In the majority of cases a meeting isn’t necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via telephone and email. Website designs can be placed online via a  secure testing server, to enable customer access as the development progresses.
How would we supply the details for a project?
It is helpful if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS Word or similar format. Bulk file delivery can also be used for free via ‘WeTransfer’ which has been very efficient for both us and the client on previous projects.
Are there any hidden costs with projects?
No. We discuss with you your requirements and then price accordingly. Once you have placed an order with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. Projects – and particularly Web design – are very much an evolutionary process and often clients change the requirements.  If the need to alter any quote does arise during development, we will let you know before proceeding further.
Will my website be responsive and mobile ready?
All websites are built to suit, but generally, almost all of our websites these days are fully-responsive.
Will I get dedicated email addresses?
Yes, you will receive custom email addresses with the domain of your website.  The amount of addresses you receive depends on the hosting package you subscribe to.
We only need a single - or landing - page web presence. Can you help us?
No problem at all, simply CONTACT US to discuss your requirements. Landing pages incidentally, are extremely useful for marketing campaigns.  Some of the benefits and uses for landing pages:

Do you re-design existing websites?
Yes. We often re-design websites retaining company corporate or personal styles, or, we can re-design of course to provide a completely new image
How long do websites take to build?
The timescale is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we’ll make every effort to meet it for you. We try to work within a 2-3 week time-frame, although sometimes this can be shorter or – as you can no doubt appreciate – be considerably longer depending on the requirements
Will my website be search engine friendly?
All our websites are created with search engine optimisation in mind, and will be compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated periodically, as over time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms, which can affect rankings
Will I have access to visitor statistics?
Yes, we can implement web tracking software – such as Google Analytics – which records all kinds of facts and figures for you to study, which may influence any future marketing campaigns, etc…
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes. Secure Servers (SSL) which use the latest encryption methods, ensure customers can make purchases safe in the knowledge that the information they enter is secure
Do you supply 'one off' reports/news updates as a service?

How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your service by submitting 30 days written notice to admin@hayden-media.com. You are not required to state a reason for your cancellation, but we would appreciate any feedback you have about why you’re leaving. We also reserve the right to cancel service at any time by submitting 30 days written notice to you
